Return & Refund Policy
At Homeza.pk, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help with a smooth and simple return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Personal care items

Opened kitchen tools or food-related products

Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Clearance or sale items
3. Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Items
If you receive:

the wrong product,

a damaged item, or
-
a package with missing parts,
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

Email us at support@homeza.pk with your order number, problem description, and photos (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and guide you step-by-step.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange an item for a different product:

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

If the new item costs more, the customer will pay the difference.
7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is wrong or damaged.

If Homeza.pk is at fault, we will arrange free return pickup (in eligible locations).
8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you must follow the return process instead.
